Refund of Payments
For payments of Subscription and Pay as you Need, we do not support payment refunds.
To help you make an informed decision, we offer gift credits to new users for our features. Please review the restrictions and test the product thoroughly before subscribing or paying to avoid any impulsive purchases.
Refund of Credits
We support the refund of credits in the following cases.
Technical error. We’re a startup and are working on addressing bugs and developing new features as quickly as possible. If a technical issue occurs please contact VMEG support team at support@pixripple.com or talk to chatbot in our official website. Credits you’ve used will be refunded immediately if your tasks failed to complete due to a technical error on our end.
Unacceptable quality of the result. We commit to refund the credits you’ve used if you believe that the result contains the following technical flaws:
- The finished video contains untranslated segments in the original language;
- The finished video has an unstable audio track: fading voice, breaking voice, gaps in dubbing;
- The finished video contains segments that are voiced by two voices simultaneously;
- other errors that our support specialist will determine as a case subject to the refund of credits.
You should contact our support service with a request for a refund of credits. VMEG will review your request and, if it is confirmed that the quality is unacceptable or contains technical flaws, we will refund the used credits to your account.
Additional Refund Condition for Subscription Renewals
When renewing a subscription, you can request a refund within 24 hours, provided that no credits are used for the new month. This applies specifically to renewed subscriptions and is contingent upon the account remaining inactive in terms of credit usage following the renewal.
If you have already subscribed but decide not to continue using our services, please cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
When a refund is processed, the subscription is canceled on the day the refund is issued.
All Subscription’s fees are non-refundable.
